Therapy Approaches

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT)

I believe that healing in relationships comes when we learn to have healthy attachment bonds.

EMDR

Eye Movement and Desensitization and Reprocessing has been found to be one of the most important models available to treat trauma.

Mindfulness

Based on research of how to slow down the anxious mind and respond to addiction, I incorporate mindfulness into the healing and recovery process.
